GardenZone Ireland: Awnings, Pergolas and Glass Rooms Installed Nationwide

Many of the projects featured on Irish Outdoor were supplied and installed by GardenZone Ireland. Here’s a closer look at who they are, what they install and how they work with homeowners and businesses around the country.

An Irish outdoor living specialist

GardenZone Ireland is based in Co. Cavan and installs outdoor shading and shelter systems nationwide – from Dublin, Meath and Kildare to Cork, Galway, Wexford and Longford. The focus is simple: aluminium systems built to cope with Irish wind and rain, made to measure for each home or venue.

What GardenZone installs

• Retractable awnings – full cassette patio awnings such as the Palladio and Corsica, with motors, wind sensors, LED lighting and a wide fabric collection.
• Bioclimatic pergolas – louvred aluminium pergolas with rotating blades, integrated drainage, lighting and optional glass or zip screens.
• Retractable pergolas – fabric-roof pergolas that open to the sky or close against the rain, including glass-roof models.
• Commercial shading – branded awnings, commercial pergolas and large parasols for pubs, cafés, restaurants and hotels.
• Glass and screens – sliding glass walls, glass verandas and zip blinds to close in a pergola.

Homes and businesses

Residential projects range from a single patio awning on a terraced house to a fully glazed bioclimatic garden room. On the commercial side, GardenZone fits shopfront awnings with printed logos, covered beer gardens and terrace pergolas. Their article on choosing an awning for a pub or restaurant is a good starting point for venue owners.
